We will add new IP addresses for the crawler that retrieves files via periodic updates (regular crawling via FTP) in the product list for dynamic display ads. In addition, crawling from the existing IP addresses will be discontinued.
This change is part of a network equipment update aimed at providing stable services and improving security.

The applicable IP addresses are as follows:

If you have scheduled updates enabled and use a whitelist or similar configuration that registers the crawler's IP addresses, please add the new IP addresses to your whitelist as soon as possible.

From July 8 through August 31, 2026, the crawler may access your site from both the old and new IP addresses. Therefore, after adding the new IP addresses, please keep the old IP addresses on your whitelist for the time being.
*The old IP addresses can be removed on or after September 1, 2026.

From September 1, 2026 onward, access from crawlers using the old IP addresses will be stopped. If only the old IP addresses are registered in your allow list, delivery of dynamic display ads will be stopped, so please take action as early as possible.
