Summary

As previously announced in “[Yahoo! JAPAN Ads] Notice of implementation details regarding Business ID integration,” we would like to inform you about the end of support for sign in using a one-time passcode and the end of support for the switching feature in Campaign Editor.

Discontinuation of sign-in using one-time passcodes

Schedule (Planned)

May 31, 2026 (Sunday)

Details

Sign-in using one-time passcodes has been discontinued. Going forward, please sign in using a business account for your LINE Business ID. Once you set up a business account, you will be able to sign in using your registered email address and password. For setup instructions, see How to sign in with a LINE Business ID.
• If you have been using only one-time passcodes to sign in, you must integrate your Business ID and set up a business account. Click the “One-time Passcode” button to complete the Business ID integration.
• We previously announced that the name of the “One-time Passcode” button would be changed. However, because there are still cases where users need to sign in with a one-time passcode to complete Business ID integration, we have decided not to change the button name in order to avoid confusion. The button will be removed after a certain period. After it is removed, users with non-integrated Business IDs will only be able to sign in and complete integration using a Yahoo! JAPAN ID.

Notes

After the “One-time passcode” button is removed, if you are unable to sign in with a Yahoo! JAPAN ID, you will need to create a new Business ID. In addition, if you want to use an existing account with the newly created Business ID, a user with administrative permissions for the existing account must invite the user of the new Business ID to the account.
