Following a review of the LINE Official Account service, it has been decided to end the availability of this service to those receiving this notification, as of January 31, 2024. This notification is being sent in accordance with our terms of service.

We deeply apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
The ending of this service affects LINE Official Accounts that meet either of the following conditions.

- The country or region where the company operates determined at the time of the creation of the LINE Official Account, is a member of the European Union.
- The country registered under "Company/business owner's country or region" is a member of the EU.

If the information registered in "Company/business owner's country or region" is not up to date and your company is not operating in an EU member state, we request that you revise this.
Please note that we may ask for proof of your company's status, such as business registration or other documentation.

After February 1, 2024, all features of LINE Official Account will become unavailable to those companies receiving this message

Customers who have purchased a Premium ID, will be contacted separately in early February 2024 regarding the refund process for the remaining period of their contract.
