Further, we've also continued to listen to your wants and needs and expanded the scope of our services and features.
As our next step in this process, we are proud to announce that, starting from March 2025, we'll be offering a paid plan to support you in gaining further business benefit from our chat feature. This "Chat Pro" plan will provide advanced features for business use-cases that will allow you to substantially strengthen your relations with customers

Even if you don't get Chat Pro, you can continue to use all the basic features you're used to free of charge. We will also be continuing to make improvements to the chat feature in our pursuit of its ease of use.

With Chat Pro, you'll have access to advanced features that will help you grow your business such as expanded data storage, chat management functionalities, and other features for optimizing your operations.

With the introduction of the Chat Pro plan, we're planning on making some changes to the scope of features such as chat history, chat tags, and notes that you can access for free. Please see the table below for details.

- Chat tags and notes already created/issued can continue to be used and will not be affected by these changes.

- We recommend downloading your chat history in advance of these changes.

We will be progressively introducing new features to Chat Pro other than those listed above, with the aim of helping you further in growing your business.

Chat Pro is planned to be made available starting on March 4, 2025, but please note that the features offered and the schedule for their release is subject to change depending on various circumstances.
